Fabric and Material Sourcing
Noor Textiles, a women’s clothing manufacturer, makes fabric selection simple! With our partners located near the world’s largest apparel fabric and accessory markets, we make it easy for you to access the latest materials and trends.
Once we receive your sketch or photos, our team will review the fabric requirements and confirm them with you. After that, we will proceed to source the perfect quality fabric for your design.
Product Sample Development
Once your patterns are cut, we begin the sample-making process for all your styles. We prefer to use the fabric you’ve selected to ensure a true representation of the drape and flow of each design.
We create an initial sample in one size, known as the sample size. this master sample will serve as the template for all future pieces.
Portfolio of Creations
A trendy, fashionable collection available in various fabrics and colors, with standard sizing. Custom sizing options are also available upon request.
Once the customer has approved and confirmed the final samples, along with the purchase order, artwork, and deposit, we proceed with production.
We will source all your fabrics, materials, labels, and tags in preparation for production, and secure your place in the production queue to ensure timely processing.

Our clients typically invest between 1,500 Euros for a modest collection and up to 20,000 Euros for a larger collection of 100-2,000 pieces, depending on the complexity of the designs. For Abayas and Hijabs, we accept orders starting from 1,500 Euros.
Our minimum order requirements are 20 pieces per color for one design, with a total of 100 pieces per order. The exact quantity may vary based on fabric sourcing and cost. We will communicate with you in advance, as there is typically a 10% variation depending on the order size.
The cost of creating a sample depends on the complexity of the design and the fabric chosen, typically ranging from 100-200 Euros per piece. Once you place a bulk order for the same style, we will refund the sample fee accordingly.
We are capable of manufacturing the following types of clothing: Hijabs, Shawls, Bonnets, Turbans, Underscarves, Abayas, Dresses, and Skirts.
First, we source fabrics based on your references—this can be a photo, description, or sample. We’ll share photos or videos of our selections, or send fabric swatches for your approval.
To begin the sampling process, you may provide a physical garment, a hand-drawn sketch, or even an image from a magazine.
Once all details are confirmed, our team creates patterns and carefully constructs the sample. You’ll receive clear photos of the finished piece for initial feedback.
After your approval of the visuals, the physical sample will be shipped to you for final evaluation.
Sample charges will be refunded when you place a bulk order of more than 100 pieces for the same design and color as the sample.
Once we receive your purchase order and deposit, we will begin bulk production. A Bulk Production Sample will be sent for your approval to ensure quality. After you approve the BPS and the final balance is settled, we will proceed with the shipment.
