Essential Steps to Get Started

1. GET IN TOUCH WITH US
Once you submit your inquiry, please share any basic sketches, design files, or photos. We will then collaborate with you to discuss style details, fabric choices, accessories, and technical specifications.
2. FABRIC CONSULTATION
We will provide you with photos and videos of the fabric, giving you a clear understanding of the material and its suitability for your design. Additionally, sample images will be sent to help you select the perfect colors for your collection.
3. SAMPLE PRODUCTION
You don’t need to know much about garment production or spend a lot of time making detailed teak packs; Provide us with some basic sketches or a photo; We will start sampling and send you photos of the prototype sample.
4. CUSTOM QUOTE
Once the sample is approved, we’ll provide you with a detailed quotation. Upon receiving the invoice, we will proceed with fabric sourcing and begin the bulk production process.
5. MANUFACTURING SAMPLES
Before full-scale production begins, we’ll send you a factory-produced preview sample. This initial unit is crafted on the active production line using the final selected materials, details, and finishes. It includes all confirmed specifications—such as sizing, embroidery, and wash effects—so you can review the full look and feel of your product before we proceed.
6. FINAL PRODUCTION RUN
After you’ve approved the pre-production sample, we’ll move forward with large-scale manufacturing to bring your collection to life.
7. INSPECTION & QUALITY STANDARDS
Once bulk production is complete, our dedicated Quality Control team will thoroughly inspect the products to ensure they meet all specifications. Any necessary repairs or adjustments will be made before the products proceed to the packing stage.
8. PRODUCT PACKAGING & DISTRIBUTION
We’ve reached the final stage! At this point, we’ll assist with managing all shipping documentation and ensure your products are delivered right to your doorstep.
