Sample Development
Our process starts with the creation of a single prototype in one standard size. This initial piece will act as the benchmark for all subsequent production of the style. Should you require extra prototypes in other sizes or variations of the same design, please inform us additional charges will apply.
Sample Development
We’ll work closely with you to define all elements including materials, print applications, trims, and other specifics to create detailed technical documentation and transform your vision into a tangible product.
Producing samples
To ensure the final result meets your expectations, we will prepare samples in both the selected quality and any alternative versions. Preview images of these samples will be provided for your review and confirmation before production begins.
Sampling
The development of paper patterns and size grading typically requires 5–7 days before we proceed to cutting and assembling your samples. This stage is handled by our specialized sampling team and skilled craftsmen to ensure precision and quality.
QC of Samples
Once the samples are produced, our product development team performs a comprehensive inspection to verify they meet our quality and consistency standards, ensuring they are ready for production.
